This is a really fun & simple recipe, that is delicious and is great for the holidays. It has the essence of Christmas with the Gingerbread cake, and the French vanilla pudding w/ the whipped topping give it a nice, refreshing taste.
You Will Need
Follow These Steps
In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until set.
In a 2-qt. serving bowl, or trifle bowl, layer 1/3 of the cake cubes, pudding and whipped topping. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup sliced almonds. Repeat.
Top with remaining cake and pudding.
Spread whipped topping over the top; sprinkle with remaining almond slices.
Garnish optional. Yelids 8 servings. Keep refrigerated.
