Chocolate Frosting Instructions

Devils food cupcake with chocolate frosting

Makes enough to frost 12 cupcakes
You will need:
1 stick (4 oz) unsalted butter, soft
Milk as needed for desired thickness

  1. Beat butter on medium–high speed, until creamy
  2. Slowly add in frosting mix, beat on medium–low speed, scrape down sides of bowl as needed
  3. Add milk, one teaspoon at a time, until desired thickness is achieved
  4. Beat on high for 3-5 minutes or until frosting is light and fluffy
