Gingerbread Cupcake Mix - Instructions

 Gingerbread cupcake with vanilla bean frosting

Makes 12 cupcakes 

You will need:
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs

Follow these easy steps:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350º F
2. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners
3. Add milk, oil, and eggs to cupcake mix
4. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute, occasionally scraping down sides of bowl
5. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full with batter
6. Bake 18-20 minutes, or until tooth pick inserted in middle of cupcakes comes out clean
7. Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting
